My Journey

Built back from ground zero.

Dan's transformation is not only about weight loss. Three years ago, a catastrophic shoulder injury involving both a complete break and a full dislocation forced him to rebuild his training from the foundation up.

The Injury

Three years ago, I suffered a catastrophic shoulder injury involving both a complete break and a full dislocation. It was a definitive ground zero moment that halted my training and challenged my physical capabilities in ways I had not experienced before.

The Recovery

Getting back to 100% was not about a quick fix. It was a disciplined, three-year process of rehabilitation and intentional movement.
